Unusual nowadays to see any sailboats selling at a reasonable price. What do you consider helped in finalizing your sale ? Is it a question of price , where it was advertised or purely down to chance ? I am sure that other owners would like to know the secrets of your success !

E26 "Up Spirits" for sale. Full refit during two years undercover/out of water. All osmois removed and repaired, old anti-foul stripped back to gelcoat & 3 coats of epoxy before repainting. All standing rigging replaced by Roospars in 2013. New S/S rudder shaft fitted 2016. New VHF radio, Near new 8hp Mercury, This yacht has been raced in GSC club & Endeavour Association National Championships.
LED Nav & Cabin lights, portable solar panel, 100 ltr flexable fresh water bladder, 2 x fuel caddies. New Bimini. All internal woodwork is fiited so that it can be removed easily for weight saving for racing.
