DSC (Drummoyne Sailing Club)
has a number of Endeavours racing regularly.
In summer there are two Regattas - Sunday Pointscore Series (every 2nd Sunday)and Tuesday Twilights.
In Winter there is only the every 2nd Sunday races but no less exciting.
We have a very large fleet (Twilights up to 60 boats!) Today (Sunday) there were 28 boats.

Currently 6 Endeavours are racing and we are always looking for more! So if you have never raced then this is your chance. Call me and I'll give you all the info you need and help to get started!

Regards

Nick, I will wait for a reply and then give you a call, I have an Endeavour 26 but ideally want to crew for a while with someone else to learn more about it as this is my first boat.
I am a social member of DSC, and if coincidences are anything to go on, I too am in computers, went to Pius (but not St Thomas, although that was the local church when I was young) leaving in 71, and have only come to sailing in the last year or so.
I have a crew of one (my son Tom, 16), alright he has a crew of one (me), but I don't get out much without him as he is more interested in being a teenager with his mates at present. I was intending to get onto the Commodore at DSC to get my sailing time up, but now that I have seen this note, sailing in an Endeavour really appeals.
Get back to me when you can ... Michael Hall

Hello Michael,

Sure not a problem. Give me a call anytime and we'll get together for a club sail.

The January titles will be held up at Gosford Sailing Club on the 9th, 10th and 11th. Try to make it up to say hello or maybe even crew with someone.

Regards

Hi
I've got an E24 in Mort Bay that we've had for 8 years. On a mission to get it restored and going well. Is there still any twighlight sailing races? If so when, where etc.
Looking forward to getting in to it this summer.
Thanks
Marcus

There is twighlights just about every afternoon in Summer.
In that area.
I think DSC is either Tuesday or Wednesday, PRSC on Thursday, BSC on Friday.
Depending on racing experience BSC and DSC have very full fleets.
Where PRSC is a lot quieter.

Hello all - I have refitted Endeavour 24 Mk1 Jester that has spent all its life sailing out of Portland (Vic) - now sailing from Mordialloc MYC (Port Phillip Bay). Can anyone help me (& Club) with some idea for Handicap (CBH or anything) - tks - Michael Oakley

PS - I have used the Forum overtime for ideas and solutions during the refit - thank you all.
